A friend sent this video to me–it was created for the AARP (American Association of Retired Peoples) U@50 video contest and placed second.

The AARP is pretty dang cool, right now it boasts about 38 million members and does everything from provide advocacy to support systems to lobbying for those over the age of 50.

Since there are roughly 81 million baby boomers about to retire, this organization’s (among others) significance will probably skyrocket since it’s a means of representing people aged 50 and over. I’m proud of them for engaging young people to look to their future through this contest!
